Why do I need to complete an "Engaged" sprint or "Strategy Session" before moving to the Advice tier?

Completing a 90-day Engaged sprint or a Half-Day Strategy Session ensures that we have already deployed the Functional Technology® Framework and that I am working from a real-world baseline of your systems rather than making guesses.

How does the Advice tier support my existing Engineering Manager or Lead Developer?

This tier is highly effective for companies that have a strong technical lead but no executive-level CTO. I act as a mentor and strategic partner for your internal managers, providing them with an objective second opinion on architecture, vendor selection, and AI implementation.
